At Kizik, we want you to love your hands-free shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we make the process simple and stress-free so you can find your perfect pair.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for a printer-free drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original packaging and secure the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
